I'm not confident Bstand ... that many will read that and be able to understand what it means! They will point to the other report and tell you it says something it doesn't although it more or less compliments the other report in saying he may go in the summer when the picture is clear.

The up shot is some will blame Glick and say it's his spin

I hope he does go. The team now is that poor that it was a good job the season didn't carry on any longer or who knows how far down the table we'd of fallen. This team he's built look inept of ability, ideas and the confidence in Mac looks to be gone. Most neutrals still rate him as the 'wally' and I'm sure most Derby fans would be laughing at the demise of a club falling from 1st to 8th if they were watching him do it at a rival club..most would be saying 'we don't want him as our manager' but when you've been starved of any kind of excitement for a few years then its easy too see why some people want to cling on to any llittle moresal of excitement even when it has brought no success

I personally, absolutely dread what this guy might purchase in the summer, based on his latest signings. Loans are OK but once they leave, the skeleton left behind, seems weaker and the permanent players who its left without much game time end up being a shadow of their former selves. These latest loan

I go because I'm a Derby fan...I don't go to watch the manager, they come and go like ships passing in the night...and when this latest manager up sticks and goes you'll hear the die hards come out then and say "well, I didn't really rate him much anyway" but while he's here he obviously can do no wrong

I don't give a **** about Nigel Duff but last season it was mostly his team and even the Mac said he couldn't believe what a good team he inherited. Now he's torn it apart step by step and we were lucky we didn't finish lower than 8th

I too am hoping he goes.I have appreciated his efforts and team performances in the season prior to this season's fiasco for sure.I hated his efforts and team performances in the latter part of this season.I just don't think he is a good manager .Good coach no doubt.I don't want another season of results like 4-4 3-3 3-3 3-2 2-3 2-2 etc etc with the coach saying "the team is what it is" and "I haven't a clue what the score in the next run of matches is gonna be" "It's nothing to with me and I don't know what to do" "It's a roller coaster" Best teams are built from the back.Well never get promoted conceding goal after goal.I know we lost the mighty Jake but Derby should be able to cope with that .Change is exciting.Watford had 4 managers last season and the club remained energised.Dont be fearful of change guys.
