    Heard Pearce on Radio Derby this morning. Came across quite well to me. Confident & was captain at Reading when they got promoted. Been there done it type of thing.
    As said before this would be as good a time as any to change, if change is needed. Which in my opinion it is.

    Fair points and john terry a great example.

    But Keough I'm not sure. I always think great captains like graham kavanagh, John fashanu, Robbie van der lann.

    Would Bucko not fit such a role? Solid, vocal, gives everything and sticks a goal in when you most need it?

    Very much doubt that Bucko will be a first team regular (thats if he is still here) so that rules him out. So that would point to Pearce or a n other?
