Thread: What is your IQ?

  1. #1

    What is your IQ?

I have just achieved a score of 132.2 in a IQ test with 'IQ Research'.

Below is how it was calculated etc.

Just wondering what the average IQ is for RAMS fans? I think we already know florests

    IQ 132.2
    Score ? 30 correct answers
    Percentile 98.36%
Scale Wechsler (standard deviation of 15)

    HOW IS MY IQ CALCULATED?
Your score is firstly converted according to international standards and correlated with a percentile range based on your age and your country. The higher the percentile, the better the performance. For example, a percentile of 67 indicates that 67% pf subjects achieved a lower score.
Following this, your percentile is correlated to your IQ according to the Wechsler scale (standard deviation of 15). The average IQ is 100. If you exceed 100, you are more intelligent than average and a lower score means that you are, in a certain way, less intelligent.

    HOW TO INTERPRET MY PERCENTILE?
A percentile of 98.36% signifies that 98.36% of the test subjects

Rats, how can having a higher IQ than 98% of other test subjects be "about average"? A strange definition of average. Presumably it's not a standard test.

By the way Forestarecrap, you will be hearing from my solicitors. I may live in Tamworth but I reckon I could reach double figures and therefore cannot be a florest fan.

I don't mind being average and in the top 2% Rats

    HOW TO INTERPRET MY PERCENTILE?
A percentile of 98.36% signifies that 98.36% of the test subjects has an IQ which is lower than yours. In other words, you are more intelligent than 98.36% of the population.

    re: What is your IQ?

It's not about just answering correctly it's the time and how you get to the solution.

It's like some people think spelling and gramma sere a sign of intelligence but that couldn't be more wrong. Also I know people with firsts in their degrees but they are not actually intelligent.

IQ compares a number of factors against the same demographic.

    Does that answer your question?
