I thought this match might be the banana skin for us, and it looked that way until we actually took the lead. Up until then it always looked like a 0-0 at best.

So what are the odds on us NOT winning the remaining two games against Estonia & Lithuania ?

Brilliant that we've got maximum points so far and that we've qualified so early.. Be great if we win the next two..

Chuffed for Rooney getting the all time goal scorers record, shame it was a pen though but hey ho..

Been hearing a fair bit of negativity and tbh it baffles me, we are playing nice football and I get the feeling that we are capable of turning it up a gear with this young team (hope so anyway as we will need too come the tournament)

Milner has played his way into a regular spot for me, always works hard, never shirks a challenge, drops into rb say if Clyne goes forward etc.. he is also capable of that killer pass which he showed last night with a lovely ball for Rooney so can't understand the criticism there to be fair.

Shelvey was outstanding against San Marino, the Swiss had obviously done there homework and made it harder for him but he still played well and think he's got great potential..

Kane has a massive future, I prefer how we look when he's on the

Daz, are you and BW taking the *********?

Shelvey outstanding against San Marino? SAN MARINO!! I would be outstanding against fking San Marino.

The Swiss done their homework? no, they just marked him like an average team would do and his response was to just wave his hands around telling the England player in possession to pass to someone else.

What he would do if playing against a proper team like Spain Italy or Germany would be to disappear and be played around.

Sorry mate if you think that Milner is capable of the "killer pass" on a regular basis against good teams and players you must be deluded, why do you think Man City got rid if he was so good, they have not really struggled since he left have they?

On the brighter side Kane is great, we have a few good full backs a decent midfield if we can keep them from injury and a very fast set of attacking young players.
We have a decent keeper, but centre defence is a worry (they were outstanding against San Marino thou
