74%of it to be precise. Ive spent most of my working life in it, and i can assure you its worse than that. Its a socialist HELL. The sooner its at least partly privatised the better, like the railways.
Being a patient means being treated like a piece of s hite, your an inconvienience. The nurses are degree standard but wont pick up s hit, or know how to move a patient, or would want to.
They have a degree after all, and are to good to actually nurse.
Fcking get rid of it.

Frank nurses dont pick up poo they have nursing auxiliaries to do that..
nurses do a very good job in difficult circumstances. . Far too much paperwork to spend tbe amount of time on the real job they signed up to do. Many nurses are retiring early due to the stresses of the job.. too many targets and not enough of them to do the job..
with that in mind theres too many young nurses and not enough of thd older experienced ones to help them with the job.
when my wife first started it was all about care its all changed now.
Dont agree with that Buc. If your a nurse, you nurse. Anyone with a cse came fill forms in and answer the phone. You dont need a degree in sociology etc to sit in an office like a tin pot god.
Nurses have ignored fallen patients. Ive walked into offices with all the qualified staff drinking tea while learners struggle on alone on the ward.
If your a nurse, you do pick up s hit, and make beds This is exactly whats wrong. Thats what your paid to do, not self aggrandise educationally, thinking your to good to do anything. Except drink tea, fill in forms, and give drugs out. My wifes treatment re her brain tumour was disgusting. Its not changed Buc, it still is about care. Its a shame no one does.
Hope your wife is doing well Frank.
but the NHS is run a we bit different up here ..
Edit to say Frank my wife was in chargecof the Neuro ward in Aberdeen and she truly is a caring person. That ward is a pressure ward am surprised the nurses found time for a coffee break ..
you and your wife have had a bad experience.
Eeee, I remember when you wished miscarriage on my latest nipper, Frank, so divvent gan looking for sympathy here.
**** your wife.
I've seen her. I wouldn't.
I wish yer wife well Frank. To be honest I've never had a bad NHS experience.
Apart from been ill obviously
You're unsafe tbf Frank.
Sorry Frank, but in all my erm, 'associations' with the the NHS hospital staff over the years (and there's been an few) I of never found the doctors and nurses to be anything short of ace every time. GPs on the other hand are totally useless bellends to a man, or woman.
Even though you wished death on me an while agan, I would like to say good luck to Mrs Frank and hope she recovers soon.
