I Think He Will Last Past Chrismas

Fickle Rams supported here. I must admit PC has certainly started to mould togeter a good side now. Good football to watch. Well done Paul.

Yes "some" people really embarrassed themselves earlier in the season. Typical football fans really though tbh. Clueless, sky sport driven, instant gratification style people, who don't know football, but are very very vocal with their opinions about it. Hopefully the tail between their legs will last long enough for them to learn some lessons about what they are discussing before shooting their mouths off, and demanding sackings.

Aye everyones happy when a teams winning (although some grumbled after the MK Dons game!), just wait for the next dip in form and the naysayers will be out in force again!

True enough. We may have had enough time to judge clement as a manager by then though. As it is, those who declared him unfit for service after about 5 games are now complementing him and admitting they are fickle. I'm sure as you say though, they'll soon be experts again. My point isn't that clement is a good manager, it's just that those posters like ramspride are an example of a lot that is wrong with modern football, and no amount of saying 'well done Paul' will cover up there idiocy.

He hasn't done anything yet! Talk about hypocrisy...

Why not just see how things pan out and judge when things start settling out in the league.

Who's being hypocritical Adi? Think all Triz is suggesting is that many people were far too quick to judge - on or two after the Grimsby match! - and that the desire for an instant fix with immediate reward is becoming endemic amongst a certain group of unrealistic fans.

It wasn't specifically aimed at Triz, but their is an air of "I told you so" going around which is just as bad as those who were calling PC after 3 games.

Yeah, not got much time for the 'I told you so' complacency, but the 'Clement out' brigade were always talking unhelpful nonsense and tbf a lot of the more knowledgeable folk always said...let's wait until October when things start to settle down. Time will tell, but panic driven negativity, whether it be aimed at Christie or Clement, never helps imo.
