Actually this sounds like the Rattea of old who whilst provocative and playing devils advocate, could also be insightful and bring a different perspective to things.

He is however being a wee bit disingenuous when denying that some posts were over the top in their criticism and to be blunt slagging off Rush based on his public persona. But then we are all guilty of unfounded statements arising from frustration, instead of an objective appraisal.

As for Rush not loving Derby County...I'm sure he is committed to the club whilst they are his employers, but IF another more prestigious club came calling then he may move on, but that's the same in any walk of life and to be expected at some time.

I just mean that he's a professional doing a job. I'd hazard a guess that he's probably feeling quite content in his position at present and the mix of remuneration, job satisfaction, scope for achievement and stress levels are pretty favourable. He might (although with Mel's pockets maybe not) be able to get more money elsewhere, but any move would be a risk. He has no deep rooted attachment to Derby County, but little obvious reason to want to move at present - just like anyone else doing a job which they enjoy, for a good salary, in a convivial and progressive working environment. However, just like with anyone else in 'that' job, things can change.

If his dream job (whatever that may be) came up tomorrow, he'd be a bit loopy not to even consider it. If he got offered a t

Triz can you imagine the carnage a couple of stoners could do in a few minutes if they hacked my account

Swale I've never been on an airplane but I did sit in the car on a call to work with a Llama sitting in a field next to me looking in once when I was in Wales oddly enough!

Lets not get carried away here I have split this down to two halves. I still think the observations I made in the first half are mostly correct with a couple of mitigating issues around a few. Don't think I've been hacked and backing off from that. And there are things I think about are not completely right in the second half and eludes back to asking the question why is Sam still here. I'll go into that later.

Cornwall what a well balanced and put reply. You says it as I think most believe it would be. No one can prove or disprove that but in the probability of it all its feasible. So you have made me think but would Mel be advised to go for someone else? You can say about experience or to take yo
