    The Scottish media do their best to promote Warburton though. He's playing against some part-time teams and yet they big him up as though he's somehow performing miracles in that division by being 3 points ahead of Hibs who'd started abysmally.

    Keevins even thinks that Warburton will have done a great job if The Rangers FC get promoted by playoff. Surely The Rangers FC winning the 2nd tier is less of an achievement than Celtic winning the top tier - both clubs dwarf their competition in terms of finances.

    Surely Celtic coming second but still qualifying for Europe would be akin to The Rangers coming second and still qualifying for the top tier. In both cases their manager should be called for being not good enough. Not that I think either scenario will happen mind. I think both The Rangers and Celtic will easily win their respective leagues - they can both strengthen in January in the very unlikely event they don't have a big lead built up.
