I'd hope we actually go for someone more proven.

Given that we brought in 9 players in the summer, I can see us being linked with a lot between now and the end of the transfer window whether we will bring anyone is open to question.

Quite agree woolwhacker. Doubt any of us know much about him but apparently, because he's from a little known footballing nation or shares a surname with a player who wasn't a success, he's already being written off. Good job Leicester didn't have the same attitude to Mahrez, or our fans towards Chris Martin after Dave.

Yeah, fair point Manx, I probably overreacted. Just seems to me that every time we get linked with a relative unknown nowadays people start taking the proverbial, i.e. - most recently - the lads from Pakistan and Scotland and now Camara. My point is that, while I appreciate that for every Vardy there are probably another twenty who never really make it, we can't always be spending £3-£5m on players, we need to make some discoveries, find some unknown rough diamonds and turn them into gems.
