And I wonder why that is? Exactly my point. Ewood has become such a depressing place to watch football, hearing the shouts of the players and management. Truly dreadful. No wonder the players can't perform there.

Before you hammer me, no, I'm no better either but I'm always open to being inspired. Sitting in silence(other than moans and groans) in an virtually empty stadium doesn't do that for me.

I readily admit to not viewing football as the 'be all, and end all' of life.
It probably won't surprise you to know that I will not lie awake tonight racked with the 'guilt'.
I do not know if it is just that I don't have blood in my veins, or just maybe I have many other diverse and pleasurable pursuits / interests in life.
Maybe if I had been born as Barnstoneworth (Gordon Ottershaw's son), I may have turned out bogged eyed obsessed as he probably did. Then again, not a whole lot else to amuse yourself i

To make it that much worse, Burnley for me are the form team at the top and look good for automatic promotion. If they get that, the sky money involved will propel them light years ahead of us.

Is this a problem for you and is it eating you up ???

All these years as a fan I really thought Id got to know the game cold.

Unfortunately it looks like I'm still learning

**** me Sax it looks as though you thought you were some sort of expert. We're all just fans on here ffs! There's always pros and cons whether we're promoted or relegated. As has been said, Venkys at least, would probably feck off for a start.
We desperately need to score goals. How doesn't really matter really. Trouble is our most potent source has gone. Trouble also he was a major percentage of our goals. I can't see where they (goals) are gonna come from.

I really don't know where to start
you accuse our fans of not caring
we do but after being brow beaten by our clueless owners we no longer have the same passion
we are on the brink of going pop what do we do?
Go on another march another protest?
Oh please saxo our owners couldn't care less even less now our mighty support has lost 15000 plus
And as for Burnley yes it hurts but as touched opon it has been deserved and our situation or demise should be put at the door of venkys
WHO I REPEAT COULD NOT CARE LESS.

Without this undermining our support when we dropped from the premiership it was obvious our support would drop
    as sad as that sounds
city teams will never feel the pinch as much as town teams
fickle state of football the higher the league the more fans attend.
