    A plea for decency tomorrow

From a Dad on one of our message boards -
I wanted to post this despite the awfully sad circumstances to raise awareness of a tribute to my youngest son Daniel who died suddenly on 21st February, aged 20, that will take place in the 20th minute of tomorrow's derby.
I won't babble, but the club have been a huge help in this terrible time and we've been in constant contact with Matt Pounder at Burnley FC in the Community who has been great.

Hopefully all Rovers fans will respect this and if you can share this with other Rovers fans that would be great..

    Thank you.

TMS - Thanks for that but it's not my son. His Dad posted the information and I just thought that it wouldn't do any harm to inform Rovers fans of the situation and hopefully dcency will prevail..

Shame Burnley fans still sing the Jack Walker song and have now made it even more disgusting by adding "he`s dead he`s dead he`s dead he`s dead he`s dead" on the end .

Absolutely fantastic from the Rovers fans today for not only respecting it but almost all of your fans stood and clapped. Seriously, very impressed.

And needle, totally agree about the JW song, I cringe when it's sung.
