Getting a bit disappointed with the response on this link. Should we just not be going for the win in this game and give it our all? What a boast this with give us at this point in the run in and put us in in the prime position for that important fourth position. Come on guys let's just have a real go for it now and if we do not succeed at least we gave it a go. Mon the South!!!!

Yeh , fair one Spike . I just think it's a difficult game and I would settle for a point beforehand but I can understand what you are getting at.

It`s not a must win game. I absolutely agree we should attack Raith but a draw wouldn`t end our hopes of 4th. We`d be 4 points behind with a game in hand and would still have a home game with Raith before seasons end.
Not ideal but a draw certainly doesn`t end our hopes.[/quote]

I disagree Dobmeister. We must start this game with a positive attitude that only a win is good enough, with an attacking lineup and formation. Any talk that a draw is good enough is negative prior to any match especially one as important as this one if we are to retain any ambitions for the fourth place playoff spot. Positive vibes

This game might not be a must win but is certainly a must not lose a draw won't ruin our season but it wont help much either

This was not directed at any individual, it is just that on the eve of such an important game we should be nothing other than positive and the talk of a draw being good enough banished until the game is over when we can then collectively reflect on the result. Positive thoughts only going into this and please Mr Fowler go for it from the start. Mon the South!!!!!

    A 'backs-to the-wall' 0-0 or 0-1 will do for me !

Why? What benefit do the fans get for finishing 4th when the likelihood of promotion is almost nil. It will help the club financially but we have to endure watching that dross when being more positive might get us more points.

I suspect that Fowler will agree with NV and set up the team that way.

Raith have scored 22 at home and we have only scored 8 away . Those stats look ominous but let's see if it's a ' funny old game ' right enough.
