That was Edward Kennedy that left her to drown. Both JFK and Bobby had been assassinated by then. Their father Joe was a complete an utter tool and a thoroughly nasty piece of work from what I understand. His daughter Kathleen seemed OK though. She is buried near Chatsworth House.

Quite a lot of the Presidents were total w@nkers. The only ones I think that were half decent were Lincoln and Washington.

Not too keen on Yanks in general as a nation, but I do know a few individuals that are Ok (in small doses though)

By the way I can see the resemblance between McClaren and Donald Fart, but that Boris Johnson chap looks like them too. Must be to do with them all having ridiculous hair styles.

Kennedy was up to his neck in it at the time, but he got away with it for some reason lol. So over to you Oldie and Alfy Burnsley, please explain all..

Benitez apart they just seem to be copying us. Maybe they'll appoint Wassall in the summer. ;-) Ah well Steve, reap what you sow...and that goes for reputation just as much as reward.

Mine too Mr Satan (I was born in 71).
But it sums up everything Ive ever heard and read about the whole Kennedy family. This woman who sadly drowned (and was allegedly allowed to have drowned) was his secretary or whatever you want to call it. Why is it that everybody else in the car escaped but not her. Did she have some really serious stuff on him that she could have gone public with ?

Teddy, not JFK by the way.

It is rumoured the Kennedys were involved in shutting up Marilyn Monroe because she knew too much about them.

Yes I know Oldie you already said it was Edward/Teddy, but werent they all as bad as each other.
History might suggest that they were an unlucky family, would anybody who remembers them agree with this ?
[i] And soz to Steve Mclaren for turning a thread about him, into a thread about that appalling Yank Kennedy dynasty!!
