    ST.MIRREN SATURDAY

We need to start, and keep, winning to continue our pursuit of a play-off place - there is still an opportunity there.

I would like to see , Thomson, Kidd, Dowie, Higgins, Marshall, Harris, Hutton, Murdoch, Russell. Lyle and Hilson. Subs : Atkinson, Brownlie, Jacobs, Tapping, Conroy, Oliver and Smith.

If Hilson not fit then Russell to replace and Conroy on left.

That's my preferred line-up but, of course, it is the Managers responsibility to select the team he thinks can do the job.

I fully respect that and would never be so arrogant as to try and tell him what to do. How ridiculous would that be !

If we at least match Raith's result on Saturday and then win our game in hand then things begin to tighten up again.

No doubt, they have the advantage and, more importantly, the momentum at this time but we need to give everything to cut the gap as we approach playing them at Palmerston soon.

There's nothing arrogant about offering advice and suggestions, he can take it or leave it, his head is on the block not anybody on here.

I suspect you just like to stir things up or are just a toady who accepts things without question, that's up to you.

You get plenty free rein to air your views. Bit disrespectful to slate an excellent , long standing contributor because he differs from you.------I am desperate now for ' real' Qos to get let off the leash now . The time of tactically nicking points has now gone and we MUST at least be going out in a blaze of glory if not reaching the top 4. Harris, Lyle , Hilson, Russell , Murdoch - let's see them all playing, getting shots in on goal and being told to surge forward.

He's being disrespectful calling people arrogant so if he can dish it out he can take it back, are you his spokesperson?

I don't need any tips from you, his view on this occasion is the same as mine, the issue is he calls people arrogant for telling Fowler what to do when no one here can tell him what to do.

My tip for you is stay out of things which don't involve you.
