That it is a disingenuous statement on the website no one can dispute but equally to describe the season as a disaster is also far from being accurate. It has been one of consolidation after so many of our better players moved on to richer pastures and who could really blame them. I am sure that the style of play has not gone down well with the BOD at times but equally a mid league position is not a disaster and with funds securely in the bank the pre season should be one of rebuilding where it is obviously required, clearing out the dross as necessary. In the meantime we have an important game ahead of us today so that the season does not end up in the potential disaster with a relegation battle. Lets get behind the boys today and stuff the Sons of Dumbarton. Mon the South!!!!!!

yes alot of good players moved on ,but fowler replaced them with players he thought could do a job ,so this ranting about how we lost players and its a good season is laughable ,fowler should shoulder all responsibility as its his lack of an eye for talent thats got us in this mess ,some of the players he signed have been ok some are dross ,for me this season has been a tactical disaster ,a defensive minded manager with an average team ,if this guy is left in charge after this seasons out god help us ,all he is going to do is sign players that work in his defensive type tactics, this type of tactics wont see fans flocking through the gates .

    re: Bored of being bored.

My take on it from the evidence of the last 3 performances is that Fowler has changed style because he now knows he has nothing to lose . While we were in pole position for play off , he tried to nick draws and sit on leads if we were ahead but the situation has changed now . Jake Pickard was trying to be an attacker and an extra midfielder at the same time after all. Better late than never I suppose and on the evidence yesterday ,we have the makings of an exciting team next season. I have seen enough of the long term injured Tapping and Hilson now to want them signed on again next term . Plenty of energy these boys and we have missed them . Another with plenty energy Oliver , I take it , is signed on again ? Anyone confirm ?

Hilson and Tapping are like January signings. I'd like Queens to sign Harris from Hibs and Murdoch from Rangers.
