There is nothing to answer Alf.
You are trying to make a story out of a non story.
West Ham put a bid in to rent the stadium on a 99 year lease and excepted the terms and conditions required.
That's it.

Whatever you think about West Ham ,It's a great deal for Their club and fans... Mind you at the taxpayers expense.

I bet Sepp Blatter considers this the one that got away!!

It's a disgrace that the tax payer is basically funding this deal for the hammers. The good thing is that Spurs are now staying at the Lane and with a fantastic new stadium in a few years time.
