I really don't see it that way. We didn't the last time we were in League 2. We got promotion. We had the good fortune to have young players coming through who made a difference. We don't know that isn't going to happen again. The constant demands for the manager to be replaced are a waste of time because it is unlikely to happen any time soon regardless of how much huffing and puffing the protestors do. The club needs to be stabilised which I believe John Bowler is trying to do. That buys Davis a bit more time and failure in the early part of the season may see the change happen anyway. But if we start well then there is no reason to sack SD. Let's face it, he has the experience of getting us promoted from that division already.
