I like the sounds of Vaughan and Lowe returning despite their ages, they wear their heart on their sleeves and should offer experience to the academy boys.
I'm unsure where this idea of Habe being a good striker comes from. He's a one trick pony; the guy can head a ball, not very well either.
He lacks skill, pace, movement or anticipation. As a striker you need to occupy the defenders even when you don't have the ball, he doesn't do this. When Udoh and Saunders are on the pitch you see the movement, pace and desire to put defenders under pressure and to move around anticipating a pass. Far more dangerous and definitely something to build on.
League 2 defenders aren't usually mobile, they're good in the air, so why play to their strengths using haber when we can try balls into space and moving down the channels.
