But the ref did see two other red card offences and gave only yellows for them. As inept a display as I've witnessed in a long time.

... but he also tried to pull his pants down whilst attacking him from the rear. IMHO a much graver offence.
As you can see the ref didn't see it.![]()

Correctomundo Scou - wedgies are righfully part and parcel of the modern game but pant-pullers are well out of order.
Are you sure they're not Siamese twins, joined at the head?
Pretty impressive they play for different teams.
It was a red card offence yet no further action is going to be taken, he is therefore available to play tomorrow. Have had many happy times in Devonport Dockyard and the associated night life over the years but I have to say Argyle are Thugs. Hartley forearmed smashed Roberts in the league game, got a yellow. Three red cards wouldn't have been out of place for them Thursday evening. None were issued. Freeman correctly got a red against Northampton. Sawyer a yellow for the same awful challenge. Gavin Ward (the 4th official) couldn't wait to get involved with the touchline incident drawing the Refs attention to it. Yet not one of the 4 officials saw the head butt. It beggars belief what Argyle have to do to get a red card at Fratton.
the fa have deducted 10pts from pompey for the jamille matt headbutt on doyle, saying that pompey have gone too many years now without punishment and have ordered all game officials to make sure pompey never get out of league 2...............****ing spineless ****s
