    That's fine. I'm happy to be proven wrong....but I've heard it all before. If we don't back Stubbs, we may as well have given the job to warne. A manager needs the tools to do the job.

    I agree Leeds.
    I'm trying to remain upbeat but the inactivity after all the optimistic talk by the manager is a bit worrying.
    Hope he's got some decent irons in the fire!

    Well, that's two targets lost, no doubt they'll be many more before we have a full complement again. We couldn't match Blackburn's salary offer and wouldn't match their length of contract offer. Similarly, with Derbyshire, I strongly suspect. It's very frustrating - and a little naive and short-sighted, in my opinion - but we are where we are. Welcome to the real world, Alan.
