    Ward signs

    Town have signed Grand Ward from Spurs on a three year deal for half a million he was on loan at Rotherham and started 35 times for them last season and was there young player of the season.

    It looks to me that with the Webster signing and now Ward and with our young players coming forward things might be looking good for the future of our club ;-)

    Quality player for Ipswich, sorry to say our technical board of directors at Rotherham were too slow to see the Grant Ward was a snip to buy, I put a earlier thread this last season, for the Millers to put a cheeky offer in for the player, with add ons if sold.
    Well done Ipswich in getting a good quality player in,

    It looks like Grant Ward will be a very good signing for you if our match yesterday is anything to go by we will get the 3 points back at oakwell losing our best striker 4 mins in didn't help us but it could eaisily have gone other way good luck for rest of the season except at oakwell of course
