    Sportscene

Saw a little of Sportscene last night. No goals From the Championship on show!
I take it know The Rangers are out the league that's it.

I also noted that there were no reports from the Championship on BBC Sports either on Saturday afternoon. There's been reports for the last few years and live coverage on the internet, - but nothing on Saturday.

Even the papers are sparing in their reports too. Is it because a lot of the reporters are on holiday? is it cut backs? or is it just because Rangers are in the SPL once again?

Interesting to note that 4 crowds in the championship beat crowds from the Premiership

Continue to ignore the most competitive league in Scotland at your peril

The Championship is a fantastic league, but once again the press, TV and anyone who thinks they know about football are quite happy that Rangers are back where they undoubtedly belong, - so the also-rans are gleefully ignored.

All will be cosy for a little while, but underneath the glue that holds the football world together is dissolving very quickly.

We have two choices: we actually do something about it now or watch football die out in this country; - sadly I fear the latter will happen

Statement from BBC on lack of champ football on Sportscene.

Says no contract in place and BT/Sky not covering so no content available.

Also - Statement says "Sportscene has traditionally concentrated on the top flight".

Jardi, I am not going to disagree with what you have posted but when you suggest "we actually do something about it now" what, exactly, do you think we should do?
