Really?! So we played QPR off the park at Wembley after hammering Brighton in the p-o semi's after finishing 3rd in a very tough league...etc etc.

And last week's new system was ....what exactly? Misfits played in their wrong positions and the best midfielder in the Championship on the bench....

Football is part-art, part science. As Steve McClaren is quoted as saying "Don't tinker; leave the players to play, and Derby County will go up". I suspect there's tinkering going on for tinkering's sake.
