As far as I'm concerned our 'back four' has been without a genuine 'organiser' for too long so, therefore, we shouldn't be surprised bycontinuing inadequacies. If our new masters are serious (and I think they are) then, surely, we can hope for radical changes in that regard....and soon !!! The alternative doesn't bear thinking about
