Some facts.. environmental subsidies are NOT a devolved matter so the Scottish Government could Not end the subsidy. Only Westminster can do that
The Subsidy comes from Westminster via Holyrood ..so if WM decide to end it (which they Did) the SG can no longer pay that.
So to blame the SG for ending is an outright lie.
Its a bit like kicking someone in the Ba's then blaming them for kicking themselves in the Ba's !! But hey there's no accounting for what I like to call Patrick logic
A finance document circulated within local government, which has been seen by The Herald, provides details of the provisional total revenue and capital funding allocations for 2016-17.
It states: “The Scottish Government proposes to reform renewable energy relief from 1 April 2016. Relief is proposed to be limited to schemes incorporating community ownership. Further detail of the revised relief will be confirmed shortly.”
When the UK Government decided to end a subsidy scheme for onshore wind farms earlier in the year, Energy Minister Fergus Ewing met representatives from 130 businesses and communities affected by the scrapping of the Renewables Obligation.
First Minister Nicola Sturgeon and other ministers have spoken out against plans to end the subsidy payments a year ahead of schedule, while industry body Scottish Renewables said £3billion of investment in Scotland could be at risk.

I live in Scotland and care about what a Scottish government does to make Scotland a better place for all.
You c**** need to get rid of yer shoulder chips and start looking inward instead of outward all the time.
Try holding the Scottish government to account and stop seeing it as anSNP thing.
I've no illusions about the S.N.P there's a lot they've done I don't agree with and will say so.I believe a country should be in charge of it's own affairs that's why I support Independence. If or when it happens the S.N.P can be voted out like any other party if they're not up to the job.If your comments about only caring about what a Scottish Government does for the good of Scotland is to be believed why do you cling on to a Government 500 miles away who have only the rich and upper classes interests at heart, they don't even represent the English working class. There are some on here who voted them in but not one has had the guts to admit it and they cant even tell us one thing they have done for Britain never mind Scotland.
I don't cling to any government ya pap.
C**** like you are the ones holding this country back. We have more power to make things better for all in Scotland than we've ever had and you should be making sure the Scottish government is held to account.
Less of the 'a big boy done it and ran away' politics.
Stop phucking looking to deflect everything on to someone somewhere else.
Lets see if you or wee stuartie can comment on that without looking first for a scapegoat or giving a 'but but but but' reply.
Hopefully the SNP will drop the whole renewables thing as far as wind farms go. As fun as it is to watch wind turbines blow up and catch fire when it's too windy, they don't really work too well.
Still no comment on your beloved Tories then, wasn't expecting one anyway,BTW I don't blame the Tories for looking after their own,I blame the likes of you for voting for them.Power to make Scotland better, you're either on the windup or you've fell oot the Stupid tree and landed on yer heid.
