No passion or desire, same old rubbish, soon as we are over the halfway line we turn around and pass it backwards giving the opposition time to regroup. I saw no overlapping down the side of the box, the movement all over the pitch is shocking, nobody wants the ball! And as for playing Bryson and Hughes just in front of the defence is crazy, totally nullifies their abilities.

Dear Mel and Sam please cut your losses and get Ince and Russell. out of my club before I harm myself If you ever want a promising move to end just give either of them Not much point going over what is wrong its all been said there is obviously a poor dressing room at the moment needs sorting One thing about this squad baffles me we have 39 squad numbers and still don't have a player who can go down the right and cross with their right foot We've tried Russell Ince Blackman Camara never works because thy are totally left footed

We seem to be in a half way house position with NP imposing different tactics and formations to a bunch of players who can't/won't play it...back to round pegs in square holes again!
Either , play the right formation for the players or change the players.
Hughes as defensive midfield is quite simply baffling for just about everyone except NP.

Ince can just go...useless waste of space ..no end product or effort...has a player ever been more over rated ever?
Russell..can go...I usually lime his effort, but just no quality been poor for 2 years.
Blackman...can go...just cut your losses and get him off the wages.
Christie..can go..can't defend,gets us in trouble and thinks his Neymar going forward ...unfortunately he isn't!
Bent..go please go...useless..can we get anyone to take him and his wages...why do we persist!
Olson...bang average at best..suppose we need to keep with fizzy out.

I'd add Shackell to your list .His ability to think quick, play positive and dominate don't exist

Have to agree with everything you have stated So far this season I've seen 15 Championship clubs either live or on Sky and I don't like saying it but we are probably the worst including Preston I'm confident Pearson will get it right but a radical overall will be needed Not easy getting players out on the wages we pay

I could get this team to play. NP seems very similar to NC, very rigid and stubborn. We had to change the way we were playing against Villa and managed to do so. Football is not rocket science, it's very simple; play players in their best position, press the opposition, move the ball quickly and accurately, with lots of movement off the ball. Oh yes and while you are at it have ago at scoring.

What's the Derby way? We really should put teams like Burton to the sword.

To think that a Cloughie side is a thousand times more entertaining and positive than we have been in the sum total of every game we have played so far this season says it all!!
