Aberdeen is indeed surrounded by stunning forests all suited for running all year or even cycling .
There's also skiing show boarding 90 minute drive away
We have white water rafting
We also live nearby the Cairngorm's Britain's biggest nature reserve .
The isle of Skye was voted the 4th most beautiful island in the world .
The isle of Harris 2014 was voted the most stunning island in Europe .
The train journey from Glasgow to Mallaig was voted the most scenic railway journey in the world some year back.
Orkeny is fantastic chalky for wildlife like birds.
The water out the tap is cold and refreshing .
Every country has benefits it's all there you just need to get up of your bottom and use them .
Just thought I'd mention the good about Scotland and yes we do have bad but the good out weighs the bad for sure.
