    Words can be taken with a pinch of salt, action is what's needed. The new owners are just finding their feet, but they've also seen off two head coaches already in Jackett and Zenga. Changes are happening behind the scenes, a new club secretary on his way from Hull in January. It will take time that's for sure.

    I don't think Big Sam will get as much media coverage as he would if he was taking charge of a premier league team. The interest will be there due to him being ex England manager and the surroundings over his departure.
