    Defensively we are a mess.
Ikeme clearly has no confidence of the two directly in front of him and frankly, neither do I.

Frankly, we are looking like a team deserving of our current League position. Once again Danny B. reminded us of his predilection for clumsiness and crude tackles and at the break has already been given a yellow and a last warning from the ref. Although Wolves have
tried to get back on equal terms, it's the same old story....no end result and durung the latter part of the half we began to look a trifle disjointed. I hope Rob Edwards can offer words of wisdom and encouragement during the break otherwise I fear we are heading for another unhappy result. Great goal by Gallagher to earn Rovers their 1-0 lead at the break.

Not a very inspiring start to the second half, if anything Blackburn look the more likely to score to be honest.

Entertaining game. Tie looks like a fair result in the end. We aint going anywhere though until we fix that defence that's for sure.

Ian Holloway, Don Goodman, the commentator AND co-commentator all commented, albeit diplomatically, on the lack of communication between the back four.

Good luck to Rob Edwards, he made substitutions to try and get a point, if not win the game. Now he is in the public eye he comes across as a passionate, exciting and switched on young man. He expressed his desire for the job.
Not too sure about his starting line up today though..
The international break has probably hampered his chances, one more game before the chance for the owners get their 'expert' heads together to find a replacement.

The name Nigel Pearson was mentioned far too many times (twice) for my liking.

    Pearson, Lambert, Freedman, Ince.

God help us if any of the above get to the interview stage.

I have no idea who Freedman is, but I would agree with you on the other three turkeys.

Freedman used to be a striker for in dark times and his managerial ability if it was a book could be called Dark Times.
Wigan have a totally different set of potential managers Ryan Giggs, Karl Robinson and I can't remember the rest. A fan on the local phone in said he wanted the dreaded Nigel Pearson and both Tommo and the Signal 107 guy politely said no way. So at least I think the feeling of people connected to the club don't want to go near him. My thinking being if Tommo feels that way, so does Bully and so on up the ladder. We are a big club in Championship terms and if we did not have the potential to get in the Prem Forsun would not have invested in us. But it is the same old story on the field!! Can't score. Disjointed midfield. Standing off. Defense to slow, making too many mistakes, (their goal as good as it was, he was left unmarked) too many chances going into the crowd, final ball over or under hit. Fundamental football basic errors. Poor old Bodvarrson is chasing over hit balls.
Sorry for my spelling but I have not the will to check on the Wolves site. Yep it is the same old story again and again.
Need to get some defenders in January too.

Woody, Freedman also slagged off the club big time.
His managerial record is nothing to behold.
Bolton-failed. Had a couple of good games.
Forest. Failed. Had a couple of good games.
    Ad infinitum...

I have to say for 75 minutes from a Wolves perspective the performance was shocking. I can take nothing away from Gallagher who opened the scoring, but our defending yet again was a joke. I wouldn't have had any complaints if Wolves had gone on to lose that game with both Ikeme and Lonergan making important saves.

One of things noticeable again was the lack of pressing the opposition up until the last fifteen minutes. I said at the game that on each Blackburn attack they looked like scoring, i'm glad they didn't. There was some embarrassing attempts at goal from a Wolves points of view, especially one of the two Conor Coady effort's. Also, i'm glad Wallace went off after his slip, poor contribution from him.

Dave Edwards divides supporters opinions, but comes up with one goal, had another effort in the first, and two others in the second.
Rob Edwards did right in his two outfield subs, it's clear to see that Costa, Tex and Cavaleiro are all on the same wavelength, the latter needs games to show what he can do,

A talking point at the game was should Danny Batth have got a second yellow card? well in my opinion he was lucky, but saying that i thought he was fouled in the incident in the first half that he got booked for.

A point is better than none, but a lot of work needs to be done to get the starting eleven playing as one.
