They already reached stage 2 for tomorrow's game:

Next stages are:
3 The following disciplinary measures apply in the event of recidivism:
a. a second offence is punished with one match played behind closed doors and a fine of € 50,000;
b. any subsequent offence is punished with more than one match behind closed doors, a stadium closure, the forfeiting of a match, the deduction of points and/or disqualification from the competition.

Dicks. You would hope that this action by UEFA has put to bed the complete fabrication by the SFA & SPFL that strict liability wouldnt work in Scotland.

One instruction by UEFA to close off 3000 seats has caused more action by Sevco than they or their deid predecessor managed in over 100 years.

Timing of that "everyone / anyone" initiative pish was also very convenient. Almost as if they knew a UEFA charge was coming down the pipe & had to be seen to be doing something. Couldn't be that though could it - must have been in the planning for years.

Lets hope they are impeccably behaved tonight & then the party tunes are back on full display at full volume from minute one on Sunday - would put any argument for not introducing strict liability in Scotland to bed once and for all.

It's censorship so I'd be against it but you could just give them a stadium ban every time their fans were heard to sing an 'offending' song. Wouldn't be very long before even the most staunch of Huns cut them out and those that didn't you can be sure the club would soon ban them.

It's really not that hard to do. There just needs to be a genuine will to do it.

Its the clubs here not wanting to do it that's the problem & a disgrace.

I'm not a fan of censorship in general - nobody has a divine right not to be offended - but there are boundaries of taste & decency that need to be upheld. I dont think singing about being up to knees in fenian blood meets that bar, same as the use of words like n*igger / p*ki etc is rightly not tolerated by a civilised society.

I'm not personally offended by the hun songbook - made of stronger stuff than to wilt at a few words - but I am thoroughly sick & tired of having to explain to folk down south and elsewhere that's its just generally the huns & followers of their ugly sister that are like that & not all of us up here. Gets very tiresome & it would be nice if it stopped.
