TS has given us so much to be grateful for and his legacy of the New York Stadium will bear lasting testimony to that but sadly he doesn't have what it takes to be a football club chairman, certainly not in the Championship, certainly not in this day and age. He lacks access to the resources needed, he is naive in terms of decision-making and, surprisingly for a successful businessman, he seems to lack the ability to plan effectively. But he's a Rotherham man (be that help or hindrance) and for the time being at least, we have to accept he's our man, there's no viable alternative - and we've seen what damage some of his predecessors left behind.

I think TS has got to look at everything and make changes.

Personally I wouldn't want him to go we're not guaranteed to get any better and like Leedsmiller says he's a Rotherham man.

    Changes need to happen though.

There needs to be a sustainable plan and system instead of drifting aimless all over the place. Douglas has been a total disaster I agree clueless, but Tony listens, staggering how many fails.

Who is actually on the board?

    Tony and Richard Stewart
    Paul Douglas
I'd imagine Johnson (head of recruitment)
    ?

I've always questioned why Breckin isn't on
