I love Paul Warne and he should have a job for life with this club but he has said multiple times that he does not want to be the manager. He is only doing the job at the minute due to his love for the club as he doesn't want to leave us in any worse situation than the one we are currently in.

The boardroom need to appoint an actual manager and fast. Don't tell me we can't rush it and we need to take our time, we have been manageress now for 6 weeks. How much time do they need?

A manager needs to get to know the current team and decide who he thinks will be good enough for L1 next season. It will be absolutely suicidal to wait until the end of the season and let a new man judge players solely by what he sees in pre season training. A trip to Poland won't help either.
