Took my time to reply to this thread as was giving the new management team time to introduce and make changes to any of Gavin warm up routines. as someone who watches the majority of warm ups home and away have to say following yesterday's victory at St Mirren totally disagree with the views on this thread if anything the warm up routine was more high tempo and intense than previously although there hasn't really been much change at all.
