    Naysmith ain't mucking about !

Remains to be seen who much success we will have from these changes Gary is making. If something ain't working though , then you have to change it and Naysmith is acting very swiftly indeed after running his eye over the squad. St Mirren were giving our midfield the runaround at Palmerston so we will see if this injection of youth gives us more thrust and desire in there . I usually say you have to make your own luck but surely we have been having some real cruel fortune. Getting beat at Ayr and not deserving to . Spurning chances at Kirkcaldy and Raith scoring with their only effort . Last week's gutting offside decision when we thought we had finally got the monkey off our backs . Dobbie's mysterious disallowed effort at Greenock. Has one of you upset a gypsy on your travels ? .

So many what ifs, right enough. I was watching highlights of Naysmith at Everton on YouTube and he played against some good players in England and is experienced in gaining 46 Scotland caps and one International goal.

He's inherited a team in freefall and has acted quickly bringing players into positions we badly needed. Every confidence we will be fine

Plenty talk about Naysmith wanting to move training to Dumfries . He thinks it mad paying thousands of pounds a year to train at Cumbernauld when we've all if not better facilities here

    Seems sensible enough, I suppose.

As opposed to paying a load of money on travel expenses. We`ve had this discussion endlessly over many many years. It`s is to the benefit of the club to train where it suits the majority of the players. As things stand that`s not Dumfries.

I have argued this for a while now . Will be interesting to see if there is any truth in Naysmith wanting to train here.

There appears to be pros and cons for both arguments.

Not entirely sure Johnny but I would have thought that Broadwood Stadium has more up to date facilities than Palmy but as Dobmeister says this argument has been going on for countless seasons

If , for example, the boss could have more of a player budget by training in Dumfries, then I would say there is a very good argument for it.
