Everything is bad for you unless consumed in moderation. I don't buy into it all to be honest and i certainly dont trust the reports, although i do agree some things are bad for you over all. Processed meats and dairy i think are the worst things a human can consume, but must of us do it. I have known a couple of people now who have smoked, indulged in plenty boozing and lived a pretty inactive lifestyle and made it well into their 80's. I live by rule of do what you want, but do it in moderation.
