    Here is what to do

    Get a proper manager

Demote Warney and get a specialist fitness coach in.

Hire myself as an adviser so there is an intellectual on the board rather than gruff not so bright people.

Build a new gym and fitness centre.

Get a state of the art physio department run by a specialist sports physio.

Attract investment as an urgency or sell the club.

Develop a plan for L1 and a return to the Championship.

Let the market dictate what you pay to buy/ spend on wages and your selling prices.

Get an experienced negotiater in to develop contracts and agree terms therein.

Plan our pre season now and go to Spain and not the dreaded Poland for a pre season trip.

Get Tony out of hiding so all this can be put to him and he can explain to the fans why this disaster has occurred.

Have a major clear out of personnel and get a new lot in for the above changes.

Review the commercial department and make the necessary changes so we have the required expertise.

Encourage and help finance a new supporters group and be prepared to have regular meetings with them.

The above should all be in place before the start of next season.

Agree New manager in. Nathan Jones?

Warney goes back to fitness coach. There's nothing wrong with his methods, just lack of quality. At moment we're chasing the ball, not letting the ball do the work.

Rest most of it there'd be no money left if we did most of it.

This software for recruitment. Put age of player required no older than 28. Players got to have been playing regular. Injury record, weight right for there height, build.

Said this before Wilson, Kelly, Dawson, Camp, Smallwood released. Blackstock made available other clubs informed. Told he's got no future at the club.

I find myself totally agreeing with every single well thought out point Mr Kempo points to.

    Kempo - "An adviser"

    This isn't 60 minute makeover....
    Nostradamus time again !

And what was wrong with Poland !
( weather was good ) isolated - and tailer made for football ?

"At moment we're chasing the ball, not letting the ball do the work."

That's ( trying to play ) "expansive" football with better teams / players.

That's precisely what's wrong with Warney - lack of experience - playing systems unsuitable for opponents and / or situation within a game...

He's lacking exactly what you pay a manager to know - sadly - even with the number of games our current "coaches" have - non of them had top level playing careers - under top managers...

As for the "Software".....it is far more likely to be set at £ X cost........

    Search: Who is available.

Budgeting cost are the limiting factor not: Age - height - weight or build !

Some one forward this to the club, they are clearly clueless and in dire need of guidance, here is a decent blueprint for them.

I agree Kempo (except the bit about you being an adviser &#128512.
I'd also like to know what's happened to the extra £3 million or so TV revenue that came into the club this season.
It certainly hasn't been used to improve the squad or training facilities.
