I don't think Trump will be too upset about not getting the invite to speak. A chance has been missed to get him off home territory and state his case in front of a fairly neutral audience instead of the rabid supporters he usually speaks to.

It's a bit like telling the best man that he can go on the stag night, go to the reception, shag the bridesmaids but he doesn't have to stand up and make a speech.

We should let Trump speak because we all know the silent trumps are the most obnoxious.
