We could be down today! I write that with a tinge of sadness but it'll hurt ths time! We'll go down with a whimper! No real fight from the board just an acceptance which has filtered down throughout the club.

We've had to accept our demise this year with anger as most of us could see what has been happening within the club.

My anger is also aimed at the FA and their stinking rules that don't allow clubs to punnish players for feigning injury, not working to thier ability and not following simple instruction because they don't feel it's right for them.
The paying public don't have such luxury as these people, in the real world and under normal employment laws if you don't do as your told you're shown the door! Some players have been a disgrace to their profession.

Some players have shown up for us this season. We have players who have been good enough but unfortunately there are some that just haven't been good enough for this league.

So if not today we'll go down with anger another day. Anger that they club hasn't been upto the mark all the way through!

But I'll still listen and cheer every goal we score and swear when we concede because it's in my blood to do so. Yes I'll take the mick and I'll critisize but I'll still be a Miller!

Afternoon frog and all, agree with your comments above. One other gripe of mine is the parachute payments that the religated clubs get from the prem. It is making it near on impossible for a club of our size to survive in championship never mind compete in it.

So on reflection we haven't done to bad to stay in it for 3 seasons, but as you say it the way we have seemed to have thrown the towel in and surrender our status that's hard to stomach.

The squad is starting to get a little stronger as the injuried plays start to get back to fitness as the season nears it end. Again it seem strange how it appears to work out as they get fit with a just enough games left to put themselves in the shop window for the new season.

We've already put our clocks forward in the US so for once this is a reasonably civilsed kick off time for me.

Thought your introductory comments were spot on, Frog. It pisses me off no end that we chose to go out with a whimper and not a bang. Can't see much coming from today's match. We haven't beaten QPR at their place since 1951. Mind you, the laws of perversity might just say we're due one....
