I'm not sure Warne can adopt a totally different persona overnight after 5 months in the job but I do appreciate that he'll be much more empowered if officially confirmed in the role. 'Please come and knock on my door, if you feel like it' from a temporary manager might go some way towards explaining the lack of commitment on the field. 'See me in my office at 8.30am sharp' from the manager will engender a very different response - or else.

What part of that don't you get, Neil Warnock didn't park the bus, he used his tried and tested method, which is basically, don't p*ss about with the ball in your own half, get it in the channels, work your t*ts off.

Warney's "nicey nicey" approach in dealing with the players is a million miles away from Warnock or Evans.... it has been unsuccessful, and is another reason why we need an experienced manager for next season

The Warne/Barker partnership rumour seems to be gaining credibility. Add this to the various Warne statements reported over the last few days and the answer looks like 4!
