I think it is hoped the penny might drop if he gets zero replies to threads he starts and everyone ignores his posts! But it may take w few weeks for him to twig nobody is taking any notice of him.

the problem is people DON'T ignore him, they get sucked in....maybe other folk's make-up is different to mine, I find it easy to ignore hime when he's talking *******s or being argumentative for the sake of it, and offer a reply when he's not. I really don't get it.

Lol...I think the problem is Andy...we all talk bollux from time to time but nobody else sets out to be quite so dogmatically domineering or talk quite such offensive bollux. God knows I've had my differences with others, not least (politically) Ram59...but there remains more than a modicum of respect and I never resort to calling the **** names.
