    Over on Pie and Bovril there's a rumour that Lyle may retire after his testimonial. I hope not as he surely wants to get the goal-scoring record in 2nd place. He's in Mexico currently getting married. Hopefully a false rumour.

    It's a false rumour that he is getting married in Mexico or that he is retiring????

    Annan appear to be capturing the local market. Good for Orsi going back up a level. Who is the first choice keeper at Annan? Atkinson should have been out on loan a few seasons back tbh.

    yep and rightly so ,annan is prob the right place to go for the current quality of local players produced in our region these days ,the level annan are at it should be about right for most of them and fingers crossed maybe playing at that level and benafiting from annans facilities and coaching some of the local talent can be brought on a bit and we might see some move up a level ,all in all annan are about the right next step for the local lads to try to progress .

    i just hope dan orsi can cope with the artificial surface week in week out ,if annan were full time i think it would be a diff story even a bad move for him ,but as there part time it should be less of a work load on him .
