O'Grady had a young family and couldn't afford to lose his salary so he voted against what was being offered by the club. Hard to be critical of someone in that situation.
He could certainly do a job for us and would be worth a 12 month contract.

That was an excuse but it doesn't matter anyway he won't come because we won't offer what he thinks he is worth
