For me, they should resign and Rangers should be stripped of any title and cup wins during the period in question

has anyone checked to see if the current cub are using EBT'S , If so then the Sfa & Spfl have to act.

No individual or employer should get away with it, also if you take over a company you should be taking on all their Debts as well as all their Assets,which would then mean if their's a court case the new employer should be aware of what he's taking on.

However if your declared bankcrupt or go into administartion employers seem to think they can walk away & start up under a different disguise

An absolute disgrace of a statement from the SFA
The correct and the right thing to do is to strip oldco of titles won while cheating if their appeal is thrown out.
In any other sport this would happen and agree Doncaster and Regan need removed regardless.

Because the SFA are the governing body and it was them who granted the licence to play in Europe despite the fact that their rules about disclosure of contracts was broken. They could also influence the SPFL regarding the stripping of title position.

And there we go again, your now linking the SFA with providing the license, to the New Club to play in Europe with the outcome of the Big Tax case on the Old Club.

Look the point is if we want the right action to be taken, we have to find the right people to put the pressure on to get those actions taken, period.

If we want domestic titles stripped, then it is the SPFL
If we want Scottish Cups stripped, it is the SFA
If we want League Cups Stripped, then **** knows who, because the SPFL, will say it is not them and the SFL is no more

If you want Rangers banned from Europe, then that is UEFA, not sure what your reasons would be? The SFA granted a License to Sevco, and as much as I hate them, Sevco did not break "their rules about disclosure of contracts".

It's worth remembering that Celtic also used an EBT scheme in 2005. They didn't use it as extensively as Rangers did (they only used it for one player) but they still used one so if we're stripping titles/trophies they should also be in the firing line for that season.
