On paper, Mowbray is putting together a strong squad for this level, Acido. Unfortunately, that doesn't always translate to the pitch.
Also, we have yet to see who we lose in the final days before the deadline.

We're only signing kids these days who have never played in the Champship before, and although its worked out for us so far this particular well will run dry eventually!
I agree as well with the idea that a good looking squad on paper is one thing, but them doing well out on the pitch is another thing altogether.

Interesting, that. If anything, Mowbray seems to lean towards the opposite, going on his recent comments. That is, he puts a premium on experience.
I wonder, for example, if Caddis will now be first choice at right-back, rather than Nyambe. We'll soon know.
