This new kit can best be described as ordinary.
Definitely blue and white in the late 60s early 70s and I know you are older than me so your memory's gone

True but for some reason that 67-73 era is stuck in my brain.

CAM correct about the sleeves being all white as I recall my Mam bless her, buying me my first ever footy kit. You've guessed it...a bloody Weds kit I could have cried. Anyway she went back to Danny Williams's shop and got me the A.rsenal one instead. Suppose it was as close to a millers kit so wore it to bits, slept in it played footy in it til it almost fell off my back ....happy days and yes deffo 67 onwards.

I hope no-one goes into the new Ikea wearing that away kit because there will be chaos if they do.
Not exactly one of the big kit manufacturers either is it?

Hopefully their kit sponsor next season will be releg8 instead of elev8

When I was googling I saw a story in The Star saying they were going to a throwback kit based on the one I remember and were designing it themselves so that's probably why.

Why are you telling us this information, Ben ? If you want to complain about the situation contact your club shop at Hillsborough... or, when closed, Radio DeeDah
