Don't know how much he cost, but Blackburn bid 250,000 plus, however he was in the last year of his contract, so it shouldn't be too outrageous.

Right age and size - supposed to be quite quick - but Scottish footbal........?
    In CW we trust.
has a pretty poor cv for a 23 yr old. But in Wilder we most certainly trust. Hope he is as succesful as other uninspiring cb signings like Jake Wright!!

Yes, I also remember how dodgy Magic Jack appeared in his first few games last season. After that he just kept improving.
    In AK we trust!

Massively massively underwhelmed. Let's hope he wasn't a panic plan f purchase after others fell through and they've actually looked at this guy. As above. Cv is very poor.

Really pleased we've brought in height and pace at CH. Jake Wright didn't have a great CV so what look how good he is for us now. Norwich, QPR, Sunderland and Ipswich as well as Rangers were all interested in Heneghan. Never thought we were in with a chance for Egan after they sold Dean but Heneghan will do. Now can we please get a pacy forward over the line.

He must have had a good season. Rangers and Birmingham were looking at him. Can't we just trust Wilder on this one, we certainly needed a big un at the back ALA EEL, for some games so now we've got height with him and pace with the lad from Spurs, merge any 3 from 6 with the option of moving Bash into midfield if needed.

Our major issue is up front mate.

A poster on S24su says he knows ground staff at Fleetwood and we opened with a bid of £250k, not fkin suprising we've been told to do one if thats what we're trying to get him for. Hopefully our two later bids were near the £500k plus mark. We live in hope.

Agreed we need pace and power up front. Let's hope we get something done tonight and we can all sleep easy.
