Really disappointing from the club if we haven't signed a striker tonight. Very risky and disappointing.

A deal could still happen if the paperwork is being processed as we all should know. How many times have we woke up next morning to find out one of our best players have gone?

Meanwhile, the good news is Brooksy us still with us and Porktalk is in feckin meltdown

Giddings saying our business is done for the window. What a suprise the big bids didn't happen same owd. Seems Sinclair and the West Ham lad had the same agent. We really are a set of amateurs when it comes to getting deals over the line. Donaldson with Cole would have been useful. Donaldson on his own isn't.

Sorry LST, but we got 10 deals over the line. This is real life, not football manager, if you think this is 'same owd' then I don't think you understand what you're looking at. CW made it plain what type of player he was after and he's bought a bus-full. I think Tufty has had a fantastic window and the club should be applauded for backing him.

Not sure Aya; time will tell but, as always, in CW we trust!

The main thing to know is that he is NOT Ched's mate from the infamous night out in Rhyl. That was Clayton McDonald.

He WAS, very good, quick and with an eye for goal, tore us apart when Brentford were promoted.

He's 33 though so time will tell Aya, if he's kept himself fit he'll be a good addition, and he's been playing fairly regularly with Brum so he should be ok.
