The Takeover What Do You Want To See ?

I'm not one for chasing dreams I always consider myself a realist . I just hope the club is secure with a wealthy backer behind us . I'm not arsed about Premier League football just being competitive at this level is ok for me for the time being .

What would your alternative be to this takeover SB ? That's what I'm struggling with , I don't see where the club goes without a takeover .

I put my alternative in Post 126 ESR.

Mister Lee is not here as a backer of Barnsley FC. He is here to use the club as a vehicle to mek money, nowt else. He's not like Dean Hoyle at Huddersfield.

Stay as one of the few financially stable clubs in the country operating "The Plan" using profits to gradually increase the strength of the club season by season by retaining an increasing number of the better players. Gradualism is the SB way forrad. The modest profit retained each season would be enough to attract modest investors whose motive is not to shaft us and run.
