With Southgate in charge we will be a laughing stock next summer, they are such a dull side and must take after the manager. Least Mitrovic will be in russia next summer though

It´s incredible. After years and years of failure to live up to expectations and boring football you would´ve thought that it´s a case of ´nothing to lose´and just get a young and upcoming manager into the job. I mean, they couldn´t do any worse and might actually give the team some spark.
They might still get knocked out of major tournaments by the likes of Iceland but at least could give it a go and try something interesting, tactically.

people to blame are the Dinosaurs at the FA and their obsession with only hiring English managers, its fine if they hired a decent one instead of a yes man who has done nothing in management apart from get Boro relegated.

I think we have a very technical bunch of good players dont get me wrong, why then does the reletively young Gareth decide to play exactly the same shoite as the dinosaur that is Woy.I havent a clue? but something must be ganning on.FFS
We are light years behind some countries re. coaching etc..
    Have a read of this..

I dont know how long he had to respond from questions to answers but he obviously had his thesaurus at hand...
If anybody has been reading the Ronnies two parter on Rafas aproach to coaching, you cant fail to see the resemblance and fundemental beliefs..Ive always thought that, there cant be that much difference between professional footballers skill wise whatever league they are currently playing in..Some might be a bit quicker than others/some are hard as nails and less injury prone etc..
Think St Georges park is a white elephant until our out-dated and arrogant beliefs are changed..

Oh and could someone please shoot Glenn Hoddle before the next match, the mans a lunatic...Two minutes of listening to his crap I have to turn off...
He sums it up in seven words "teaching them how to read the game"

This is an excellent read and not only is M.M. very articulate in stating the overall approach to training and all things related to training, he actually makes the case for a full rounded individual rather than just a footballer. Maybe we should send this off to the FA along with someone that could interpret it for them into easily digestible chunks of knowledge? Better still send M.M. himself.

Wouldn't let me access the link says 404 error.

Agree it's the FA issue, don't they have something like 90% of the board members are over 70.

It'll be embarrassing in Russia, as per usual with England at a tournement.
