the club dont ave to consider an apeal the courts said it is unadmissable whilst nufc consider an appeal and he has been given no time limit

the hmrc will have to take te club to court to get them to decide wether they will or wont appeal

like i say i hope they win the appeal as i love it when people knock the tax man

just like northern rock did

and many many other people and institutes

im sure many on here have done cash jobs and adjusted their tax returns
